What is the Difference Between Collagen Protein and Brown Rice Protein?

Brown rice is a highly nutritious whole grain that is relatively low in calories. It’s high in fiber, free of cholesterol, and low in sodium. Some of you might be surprised to know that brown rice is a source of protein. One cup of brown rice has approximately 5 grams of protein; although not much, it’s certainly more than compared to other types of rice.
